Dinner for Ten

Before going to bed, James and I set our alarms to 7 am, because our delivery from Waitrose would be delivered then. On Saturday morning, we both woke up at 6 am, without the alarm. We had our tea Morning Reviver , and right at 7.01, the doorbell rang. James checked the bags while I sat in my pajamas, patiently waited for his approval to confirm that order was correct. A few items were missing from the package, and so we popped into our local Waitrose. When we got to the shop, I popped into their café, and James did the rest of the shopping. What a lovely way to start the day! I had my Earl Grey and croissant and felt very relaxed; we both had been looking forward to this Saturday a lot.

We reached Orang’s and Parastu’s house at 12 noon and started prepping. I had seen the menu a few days back and was looking forward to cooking it. As you all probably know by now, I am more of a baking person; but luckily, I love all kinds of food. Well, who doesn’t? Food is exciting for the both of us, and we love working together; it does not matter if is photography or cooking, we always try to be ourselves, and this is the reason why our clients are satisfied and happy to be using our service.

Before I let you look into my photo story from this beautiful day, spent with some wonderful people and full of amazing food cooked by my one and only, James III Green, I’d first like to share this: I am not his sous chef; because if I were his sous chef, he said, I would do most the work. Fine then, I do not need to be his sous chef, because from my point of view, I am his executive chef or whoever his superior should be, which means, I only observe. Maybe peel something here and there, to keep myself busy. :)
