Writing Yourself a Home with Sas Petherick

I have started writing this post at least ten times (probably more, but who is counting) and deleted it. It was supposed to have been published ages ago, but it wasn’t. Even now, I find it quite difficult to write it down, because I had such a good time on this workshop, Write yourself a home. I find this to be a hard task, because I did not know how to describe it to you without spoiling it.

I came across Sas Petherick on one of my favourite Instagram accounts, Me&Orla, and its owner Sara Tasker. I started following her on her social media in an attempt to pick up some of her wisdom. Sas has talked about self-doubt, and all of us have heard about this. However, she doesn’t make you feel like shit about it.

I attended her one-day workshop, Write yourself a home, on February in London. I must say that I did not know what to expect when I signed up for it. But, I don’t think anyone could have guessed. It was scary and exciting at the same time. It was also a great experience to meet other girls, some of whom I knew from Instagram, in real life. It was wonderful day, with wonderful people. I left inspired. Thank you so much.
